A Boeing 777-200LR now holds the record for the greatest distance travelled nonstop by a commercial airliner (11,664 nautical miles (21,601 km) in 22 hours 42 minutes) proving that it can fly nonstop between any two airports in the world.
To set the record, it was necessary to fly an indirect route between Hong Kong and London. Like walking around the block to get to the neighbor's house.
Do they clean the toilets en route or wait until after landing?
Update: Boeing Flight Test Journal has details.
